PURPOSE: A wall-hanging apparatus is provided to open a link unit in a storage state by maintaining the volume of a wall hanging apparatus in a slip state. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(11) is fixed on a wall. A link unit(13) is fixed to the fixing unit. The link unit is tilted in a fixing state. An opening unit is rotatably connected with the link unit. The opening unit is folded or opened to a front direction. A frame unit(17) is arranged at a front side of the opening unit. A display unit is fixed on the frame unit. A hinge unit is divided into a first, a second, and a third hinge unit. The fixing unit includes a guiding member.
