PURPOSE: A thermosetting resin decorative board containing recycled polypropylene and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve workability and to reduce the weights of interior materials and exterior materials for construction. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin decorative board(100) includes a plurality of craft core layers(10, 10a). The craft core layers are obtained by impregnating a phenol resin into a plurality of craft paper units. Recycled polypropylene chips or pellets are stacked in the craft core layers to form a polypropylene sheet layer(20). Recycled polypropylene products are pulverized to obtain the chips, and the particle sizes of the chips are in a range between 1 and 20mm. The pellets are obtained by dissolving the chips and pelletizing the dissolved chips, and the particle size of the pellets are in a range between 0.5 and 10mm. A decorative layer(40) is stacked on the upper side of a second craft core layer. A plurality of sheets(30, 30a) is arranged between the sheets and the core layers.
