SOLAR CELL RELIABILITY TESTING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A solar cell reliability test method and an apparatus using the same are provided to improve reliability of a solar cell and reduce time required for testing reliability of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell reliability test apparatus(100) comprises a solar cell part(110), a light projection part(120), a power measurement part(130), and a controller(140). The solar cell part includes a solar cell for generating electricity by receiving light. The light projection part projects light to the solar cell. The power measurement part measures power outputted from the solar cell part. The controller controls the light projection part. A solar cell performance change rate is calculated using the power outputted from the power measurement part. The controller determines a stabilization time point of solar cell degradation using the solar cell performance change rate. A solar cell degradation rate is determined after the stabilization time point.
