PURPOSE: A plant planting, growing, and transplanting method using a seedling raising tray, and the seedling raising tray are provided to prevent plants from being washed away or withering. CONSTITUTION: A plant planting, growing, and transplanting method using a seedling raising tray comprises the following steps: forming supporting blocks(10) with pot grooves(11) on the upper side in a grid form for filling bed soil into the pot grooves; locating pot units(20) including plural pulp pots(21) in a grid shape obtained by punching a seedling raising hole(22), on the pot grooves to mount the pot units on the bed soil; planting plants for rooting in the bed soil by mixing seedlings or seeds with culture soil(25) and inserting the mixture into the seedling raising hole; and separating the bed soil from the pot grooves with the pulp pots, and separating the pulp pots from the pot units for transplanting. |
