<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flexible flat device is provided to bond a support substrate with a flexible board with a SAM(Self-Assembled Monolayer). CONSTITUTION: A bonding layer(200) is formed on a support substrate. A flexible board(300) is attached onto the bonding layer. A device layer(400) is formed on the flexible board. The support substrate is separated from the flexible board. The SAM is formed. The SAM is made of silane compounds.</p>
