摘要 PURPOSE: Light emitting diodes having a nano fluorescent substance and fabricating method for the same are provided to improve photovoltaic conversion efficiency by performing uniform color distribution due to uniform thickness through nano thin film phosphors. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting diodes having a nano fluorescent substance and a fabricating method thereof, an n-type semiconductor layer(200) is formed on a sapphire substrate(100). An active layer(300) is formed on the n-type semiconductor layer. A p-type semiconductor layer(400) is formed on the active layer. A transparent electrode(500) is formed on the p-type semiconductor layer. A nano structure fluorescent substance(600) is formed on the transparent electrode.
