PURPOSE: A code exposing fault tire detecting apparatus is provided to prevent the manufacturing of a fault product through feedback of each thicknesses of the inner liner of a code exposing fault tire to the manufacturing part and detect a code exposing fault tire which is hard to be detected by a TBR(Truck Bus Radial tire) visual inspection. CONSTITUTION: A code exposing fault tire detecting apparatus comprises thickness measurement sensors(101-106), a fault judgment unit(130), and a display unit(140). Thickness measurement sensors measure the thickness of a rubber layer between the inner surface of a tire(100) and an steel tire code. The fault judgment unit judges a code exposing fault tire through the data measured by thickness measurement sensors. The display unit indicates the judgment result and the thickness of a rubber layer between the inner surface of a tire and an steel tire code.
