PURPOSE: A protective circuit module is provided to prevent the short by melting a soldered part between a connection tap and a printed circuit substrate, or the separation of a connection tap from a printed circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION: A protective circuit module comprises: a printed circuit substrate(110); a connection tap(120) below the bottom of the printed circuit substrate; and a PTC element(130) electrically connected to the connection tap. The PTC element comprises a first lead(131) connected to the bottom of the connection tap; a PTC main body(132) connected to the first lead; and a second lead(133) connected to the PTC main body.
