FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in the following: measurement of compressed air flow through a gap in spool-body connection of hydraulic valve; determination by means of calculation of the corresponding leak flow through the same gap; comparison of the obtained design leak flow with leak flow limit value specified by normative documents; and the above method is also added with the following: mathematical relationship of air flow to slots allowing to determine the flow mode of that flow for annular gap in spool-body connection - whether it is subcritical, critical and supercritical; mathematical relationships of air flow to slots allowing to calculate air flows through annular gap in spool-body connection for its various flow modes - subcritical, critical and supercritical; mathematical relationship of flow of viscous dropping liquid to slots allowing to calculate the flow through annular gap in spool-body connection; at that, it considers slot inlet resistance; design algorithm determining sequence of calculations of the above mathematical models and providing the possibility of carrying out the above calculations on PC. ^ EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
