<p>The invention relates to agriculture. The production line for producing sapropel-based fertilizers comprises a float on which a ground pump is mounted, the inlet of which is connected by a pipeline to an intake pipe, while the outlet is connected to the inlet of ? storage tank, as well as a device for dehydrating the sapropel, the outlet of said device being connected to a mixer which is intended for mixing the dehydrated sapropel with organic and/or mineral additives, the outlet of said mixer being connected to the inlet of a hopper for the finished fertilizer. The device for dehydrating the sapropel is in the form of a decanter centrifuge, which is connected to a device for removing sand from the sapropel, while the production line is supplemented by a device for correcting the moisture content of the sapropel pulp, wherein the outlet of the storage tank is connected to the inlet of the device for correcting the moisture content of the sapropel pulp, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the device for removing sand, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the decanter centrifuge, the outlet of which is connected to the first inlet of the mixer, while the second inlet of the mixer is intended for supplying organic and/or mineral additives thereto, and the outlet of the mixer is connected to the hopper for the finished fertilizer.</p> |
