FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Casting device comprises positioner to adjust relative position of gate and fused metal distribution nozzle. Said nozzle serves to regulate fused metal volume of injection nozzle. Fused metal is formed between gate and nozzle and may stay between decreased and increased volumes. Proposed method comprises adjusting relative position between gate element and fused metal distributor nozzle by positioner between removed and extended positions to control volume of fused metal inside nozzle.
