FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products like water naswar. One cuts tobacco and dandelion roots, dries them in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of the raw material inside the bits till temperature 80-90C during at least an hour; then one proceeds with mixing and impregnation with liquid carbon dioxide with simultaneous pressure boost. One performs depressurisation to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. One adds pear juice concentrate sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water to the mixture and moulds the end product. ^ EFFECT: one produces a non-smoking nicotine-containing tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine. |
