FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, particularly to a method of treating pus pockets in soft tissues. The method of treating pyoinflammatory diseases in horses involves surgical treatment of a pus pocket, insertion of drainage with a capsule made of a semi-permeable membrane in the socket, filling of the capsule with high osmolar polycomponent medicinal solution. Dialysis is ensured by a drainage dialysis system for animals, supplied with a guide wire used to introduce the device introduction into the socket and a plastic clamp. Before the surgical treatment 5-10 minutes earlier, the iodine-polymer antiseptic monoklavit-1 is introduced in the pus pocket, while the membrane capsule after being inserted is 1/2 filled with a dialysate solution containing: 33 % dextrane of molecular weight 7015 kDa, 1,2-propiylene glycol, an antibiotic in 1/2 therapeutic dose and an anaesthetic with the dialysate changed once a day. ^ EFFECT: using the declared invention shall enable higher clinical effectiveness in pyoinflammatory diseases in horses. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl |
