摘要 The present invention provides a chemical preparation method of skeletal muscle-derived multipotent cells comprising: (a) a step for obtaining differentiated cells from mammals; and (b) a step for obtaining multipotent cells by treating the differentiated cells with a dedifferentiation agent after inducing the down-regulation of p21 expression of the differentiated cells. The multipotent cells of the invention enable not only dedifferentiation into a musculogenesis cell population but also the transdifferentiation into an adipogenesis cell population or an osteogenesis cell population. Therefore, the chemical-based approach method of the invention is important in the development of strategies for inducing limb regeneration in mammals. In addition, the invention discloses a new approach method for the development of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from completely differentiated refractory tissues.
