The illumination device includes an exposure hole (23c) and a reflection sheet (23) that is arranged on an LED substrate (27) so that an LED package (26) is exposed through the exposure hole (23c). A light source surrounding part (23e) is protruded in the direction apart from the LED substrate (27) with respect to a light source exposing part (23d) of the reflection sheet (23), a sheet fixing member (28) is arranged in a gap between the light source surrounding part (23e) and the LED substrate (27), and the light source surrounding part (23e) is installed and fixed to the sheet fixing member (28).
