The dispersion parameter correction means (501) corrects the dispersion parameter on the basis of a change quantity of the general form parameter indicated by the series of the general form parameter. A feature quantity series generation means (502) generates the feature quantity series on the basis of the general form parameter and the dispersion parameter corrected.
