<p>PURPOSE: A wire rod and a steel wire with superior magnetic property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use general low-carbon steel, not ultralow-carbon steel, by activating a goss structure through control of components. CONSTITUTION: A wire rod with superior magnetic property comprises C(Carbon) of 0.03-0.05wt.%, Si(Silicon) of 3.0-5.0wt.%, Mn(Manganese) of 0.1-2.0wt.%, Al(Aluminum) of 0.02-0.08wt.%, N(Nitrogen) of 0.0015-0.0030wt.%, and Fe(Iron) and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount. The wire rod has a saturated magnetic flux density of 180emu or greater.</p> |
