WHITE POLYESTER FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A white polyester film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve weatherability, hydrolysis resistance, and UV resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a white polyester film comprises falling stages: obtaining master batch by melt extruding the mixture after mixing solid-polymerized polyester resin with rutile-type TiO2; obtaining synthetic resin by mixing the master batch, the solid polymerized polyester resin and a hydrolysis inhibitor; obtaining an undrawn sheet by extruding the mixed resin and melting the fused material; and obtaining a film by biaxially-drawing the undrawn sheet to longitudinal direction and traverse direction.
