PURPOSE: A micro-strip structure is provided to freely design the shape of a micro-strip line and the arrangement of a circuit device by changing characteristic impedance through a top ground pattern without changing dielectric constant of the medium comprising a base substrate. CONSTITUTION: A bottom ground pattern(110) covers the whole bottom of a base substrate(120). A micro-strip line(130) is included on the upper side of the base substrate and forms a circuit pattern. A top ground pattern(140) covers the whole upper side of the base substrate. The top ground pattern is formed while maintaining constant distance with the micro-strip line. Via interlinks the top ground pattern and the bottom ground pattern through via hole. The thickness of the top ground pattern and the thickness of the micro-strip line are same.
