PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly antibacterial silicate-based inorganic aqueous paint and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance workability, film property, and antifungal function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly antibacterial silicate-based inorganic aqueous paint comprises falling stages: obtaining macromolecular solution including anionic powder and polymer resin; manufacturing anion radiating polymer nano-composite by dropping the macromolecular solution in basic solution; obtaining anion radiating polymer nano-composite powder by filtering, washing, and drying the polymer nano-composite; and completing the anion radiating polymer nano-composite powder by using crosslinking reaction.
