DEVICE OF SLAB FORMS ONE PIECE TYPE SOUND ABSORPTION TUNNEL USED DOUBLE TYPE ARCH PANEL

PURPOSE: A sound absorbing tunnel integrated with a form using double arch panels is provided to completely absorb and cut off noise generated inside the tunnel by coupling double perforated panels to upper panels and placing concrete on the top surfaces of the upper panels. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorbing tunnel(10) integrated with a form using double arch panels is composed as follows. A sound absorbing material(18) is put into spaces between perforated panels(12) and upper panels(14). Each perforated panel has multiple holes(13). Reinforcing materials(20) are horizontally and vertically installed on the tops of the upper panels. Bent parts(16,16a) are formed on both bent surfaces of the perforated and upper panels. Top forms(30) are formed on the top of the upper panels and are coupled to the upper panels through fixtures(34). Concrete is placed on the inner surfaces of the upper panels.
