The vehicle has a rotating axle comprising two lower oscillating arms (2) connected to a frame by two ball type articulations (21). A suspension unit comprises a bar (8) connected to the frame and the arms. The bar is deformed only in flexion, and acts as anti-roll bar and suspension springs at same time. The bar is formed with a central part (81) presenting a flat profile to be deformed in flexion, and two rigid side parts (82) connect the central part to the arms. A front rotating train (1) is symmetrically positioned on two sides of longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
