摘要 The present invention relates to the technical field of battery management. Disclosed are a method and apparatus for collecting individual battery cell voltage differential parameters in a power battery pack. At a given time, the present invention provides a reference voltage, compares the actual voltage of each individual battery cell with the reference voltage respectively, and obtains a relative voltage differential between the actual voltage and the common reference voltage of each individual battery cell at the current time; determines the actual voltage differentials between the actual voltage of each individual battery cell and the actual average voltage of the actual voltage of all the individual battery cells according to the relative voltage differential, and uses the actual voltage differentials as a characterization of the voltage differential parameter of the individual battery cell compared to the battery system. The battery cell differential characterization parameter obtained by implementing the technical scheme of the present invention is more accurate and has lower cost, thus facilitating the effective and timely follow-on battery pack equalization management according to the voltage differential parameter.
