In a terminal holding device, a terminal holder on which the terminal holding device is mounted opposes the rear surface of the terminal holding device in the front surface thereof. The terminal holding device, in a state so as to be attached to the terminal holder, is restricted in terms of movement in a direction distal from the front surface thereof by a holding portion of a component such as an arm, and is biased in a direction distal from an opposing surface by a biasing portion that comprises a spring and a link configuration. Consequently, the terminal device is stably fastened between the holding portion and the biasing portion in the terminal holder.
