PURPOSE: A multilayer film, and a photovoltaic cell module including thereof are provided to offer the adhesive resistance and the durability of a resin layer with an acrylic polymer containing a fluorinated polymer and a reactive functional group. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer film(10) includes a substrate(12) and a resin layer(11) formed on the upper side of the substrate. The resin layer contains an acrylic polymer with a fluorinated polymer and a reactive functional group. The equivalent weight of the reactive functional group for the total weight of the polymer inside the resin layer is less than 30,000. The reactive functional group is selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, an amide group, an amino group, an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group, an anhydride group, an isocyanate group, a sulfonic acid group, an aziridine group, an amine group, an urea group, a phosphate group, a cyano group, a cyanate group, an imidazole group, an oxazoline group, and an imine group. |
