A bifurcation blood vessel stent comprises a stent body(1) having two open ends(101,102), with at least one of the open ends(101,102) of the stent body being a wedge structure, the wedge structure slant long axis being provided with second developing markers(6) on both ends, the stent body(1) being provided with two first developing markers(5), and the connecting line between the two first developing markers(5) being parallel to the slope of the wedge structure. As the connecting line between the two first developing markers(5) on the bifurcation blood vessel stent is parallel to the slope of the wedge structure, during implantation, when the two first developing markers(5) coincide, the slope of the wedge structure of the bifurcation blood vessel stent can be precisely positioned to make the slope of the wedge structure of the bifurcation blood vessel stent fit the slope of the blood vessel bifurcation.
