[Problem] To provide an abnormality detection device for a reducing agent injection valve, which can accurately determine the presence or absence of sticking abnormality of the reducing agent injection valve, and a reducing agent supply apparatus. [solution] An abnormality detection device for a reducing agent injection valve is provided with: a reducing agent recovery control means for performing control for recovering a reducing agent in a reducing agent passage in a storage tank in the state in which an instruction to open the reducing agent injection valve is issued; a reducing agent filling control means for performing control for refilling the reducing agent into the reducing agent passage in the state in which an instruction to close the reducing agent injection valve is issued, after the control for recovering the reducing agent; and an abnormality determination means for determining the presence or absence of sticking abnormality of the reducing agent injection valve on the basis of the pressure change in the reducing agent passage during the control for refilling the reducing agent.
