<p>The objective of the present invention is to prevent transmitted data from being dropped and to enable synchronous saving or recovery of computers, even in an environment having a short inter-system process timeout. The saving/recovery instruction unit (111) of a management computer (110) transmits a VM (220) (virtual machine) save command to each execution computer (200). The saving/recovery request unit (210) of each execution computer (200) receives the save command, halts the VM (220), converts the VM (220) to data, and saves the VM (220). After an inter-system process timeout time has elapsed, a device operation control unit (211) halts a vNICb (228) (virtual communication device), and a buffer saving/recovery unit (212) saves the communication buffer. When the VM (220) is resumed, the saving/recovery request unit (210) recovers the VM (220) that has been converted to data, and the buffer saving/recovery unit (212) recovers the communication buffer. As a result, it is possible to synchronously save or recover VMs (220).</p> |
