The saving/recovery request unit (210) of each execution computer (200) receives the save command, halts the VM (220), converts the VM (220) to data, and saves the VM (220). After an inter-system process timeout time has elapsed, a device operation control unit (211) halts a vNICb (228) (virtual communication device), and a buffer saving/recovery unit (212) saves the communication buffer. When the VM (220) is resumed, the saving/recovery request unit (210) recovers the VM (220) that has been converted to data, and the buffer saving/recovery unit (212) recovers the communication buffer. As a result, it is possible to synchronously save or recover VMs (220).</p>
