PURPOSE: An expression vector for highly expressing genes required in liver tissues is provided to stably and continuously express liver tissue-specific genes. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide has a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 57. An expression cassette contains: a promoter; a coding sequence which is operatively linked to the promoter and is controlled under the promoter; and an intron which is operatively linked to the coding sequence. The expression cassette contains at least enhancer and at least one loci control region.
