The device (1) has an assembly of fixation frames fixed on a carcass of a roof. Each frame comprises two side posts (3) and two main crosspieces (4) assembled together to form a parallelepiped framework. The frame comprises an intermediate crosspiece (5) that defines two housings (6) with the posts and the crosspieces to receive photovoltaic panels (P). A set of locking elements (8, 9) is mounted on the frames and associated with sealing elements that assure sealing between the photovoltaic panels.
