PURPOSE: A machine for crushing and cracking aggregate for construction waste intermediate treatment is provided to control grain size of aggregate by hitting, to remove impurities on the surface of aggregate through dry process, and to generate crack on a mortar layer of surface, thereby removing only impurities at grinding process. CONSTITUTION: A machine for crushing and cracking aggregate for construction waste intermediate treatment comprises a crushing tub(10), a liner(20), and a hitting drum(30). The crushing tub comprises an inlet in top, and an outlet in bottom. The liner is installed to be separable through a connection hole on an inner wall of the crushing tub. The hitting drum is installed by one or more layers, and causes crack by hitting aggregate input inside the crushing tub by the rotation of the hitting drum, and scattering toward the liner. The hitting drum comprises a rotary axis, a plurality of support wings(32), a hitting pad(33), and a cylindrical crack causing rod.
