PURPOSE: A spring structure, a manufacturing method of the spring structure, bedding equipped with the spring structure are provided to give uniform supporting force to the user's body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a spring structure comprises: a step of preparing a bottom frame(210) equipped with a spring, and a side frame(230) which surrounds the spring and is combined with the bottom frame; a step of injecting buffer foam into a space consisting of the bottom frame and side frame; a step of combining an upper frame with the top of the side frame; and a step of removing the bottom frame, side frame, and top frame after completion of the buffer foam.
