PURPOSE: A hybrid graphene film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel equipped with the hybrid graphene film are provided to improve light transmittance and electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid graphene film comprises a plurality of graphene sheets which are coated with conductive polymer matrix. A manufacturing method of the hybrid graphene film comprises falling stages: preparing graphite oxide suspension; treating the suspension under high frequency; reducing the suspension under presence of the conductive polymer matrix; and manufacturing the reduced graphene oxide suspension having functional groups.
