<p>The present invention provides a chamfering machine in order to: maximize product quality by preventing flaws from being generated in a workpiece during processing and obtaining uniform cutting surfaces; extend the life of machinery, and ensure safety and convenience of workers by smoothly discharging chips created during cutting to the outside; and increase working speed and convenience by conducting replacement work using various tools through a simple operation, while simultaneously maximizing productivity. The chamfering machine comprises: a body unit which has a control plate on one external surface thereof in order to set an operation and control whether to perform the operation; a guide unit which is fixed to an upper end of said body unit, and is formed to be slidingly movable in forward and backward directions; a cradle unit which is connected to said guide unit on the upper side of said body unit, has support surfaces that are positioned to correspond to each other as the upper parts thereof are inclined toward the central part, and is configured to cradle a workpiece thereon, wherein a chamfering hole is formed between said support surfaces; a cutting member which is positioned in the chamfering hole of said cradle unit, and is configured to be in contact with the edge of the workpiece to chamfer the workpiece; and a driving means which is positioned in an internal space of said body unit in connection with a lower end of said cutting member, and rotates said cutting member by applying power to said cutting member according to the operated state of said control plate, wherein said guide unit is coupled to be rotatable from said body unit such that said guide unit and the cradle unit are bent back and moved, and after said guide unit and the cradle unit have been bent back to expose said cutting member to the outside, a hinge unit is capable of replacing a tool according to a need and applying the replaced tool.</p> |
