PURPOSE: A producing method of a synthetic wood material capable of producing various shapes of synthetic wood products are provided to stably obtain the synthetic wood products using a low temperature molding process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a synthetic wood material comprises the following steps: mixing wooden powder and a plastic resin to obtain a synthetic wood raw material(S11); drying the synthetic wood raw material for 10-60 hours at 40-90 deg C(S13); dissolving the dried synthetic wood raw material(S15); transferring the dissolved synthetic wood raw material for extruding to a mold to obtain products by maintaining the temperature of the mold at 50-350 seconds at 50-100 deg C(S17); and separating the obtained product from the mold(S21). The synthetic wood raw material contains 20-90wt% of wooden powder and 10-80wt% of plastic resin. |
