PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus, a GUI based program executing method, a GUI based program recording medium are provided to increase productivity and to maximize reusability of a resource by using a resource file format. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(310) stores an executing file and a GUI(Graphic User Interface) based program. The executing file loads resources in a theme and configures a screen. The GUI based program includes theme information and a resource file. A controlling unit(320) controls the execution of the GUI based program. The resource information indicates a storing location of the resource.
