PURPOSE: A weather and light quantity gauging equipment using a black box for vehicle is provided to gauging the weather condition and light quantity by software without additional hardware and gauging the weather condition and light quantity with the same video information. CONSTITUTION: A weather and light quantity gauging equipment using a black box for vehicle comprises a video input part(210) and a video processor(220). The video input part is input video from a black box for vehicle. The video processor transfers weather data and light quantity data made by input video analyzing to a vehicle control equipment and calculates a contrast value and a reflection value. The weather data is made based on saved data of the calculated contrast value and the reflection value. |
