PURPOSE: A holder for combining a roof panel and a head lining is provided to reduce the cost for assembling the roof panel and the head lining by removing a hot-melt process using a clip. CONSTITUTION: A holder(100) for combining a roof panel and a head lining includes a panel fixing unit(140) and a lining fixing unit(170). The panel fixing unit includes a panel mounting groove(146) on the upper side for fixing the roof panel(110), and a first leg unit(150) for fixing the head lining. The lining fixing unit is rotatably connected to the panel fixing unit using a hinge-shaft(160), and includes second leg units(182, 184) on the opposite side of the first leg unit. The lining fixing unit fixes the head lining in between the first and second leg units.
