The element (10) has a profile (11) defining a longitudinal drainage duct, and transverse ducts (13) passing through the profile, where the transverse ducts are cylindrical tubes that receive reinforced concrete frames and isolate the frames from the longitudinal duct. The profile is U-shaped, and includes side walls (11a) whose ends support a protective grid. The transverse ducts include lights for allowing injection of resin in the transverse ducts after the insertion of the frames.
