Lips (19) respectively project from upper portions of the sides, near the tread, where each lip has a height (h) and a thickness. The height of each lip is greater than twice the thickness, where an inner diameter (D1) of each lip is greater than an inner diameter (D3) of the tire. A ring is adhered on the sides and the base, where each lip is arranged on the ring. An independent claim is also included for a wheel for a cycle, comprising a rim.</p> |
