Novelty: thermally-insulating roller box. Constitution: the covering profile 4, the external base profile 5 connected via the polyamides (6,7) to the internal base profile 8, the visit profile 15, the upper external profile 9 connected via the polyamides (10,11) to the upper internal profile 12 and the internal base profile 8. The two last profiles comprise the projections (19, 16) inserted in the recesses (20, 17) of the similar sections (21,18) in between of which there is interposed the section 22. The similar sections (18,21) and the section 22 are made of thermally-insulating material while one of their side is configurated to form a cycle circumference portion having for centre the rotating centre of the shaft 25 whereon there are fixed by means of the lamella 26 a row of similar leaves 27 constituting the shield of the roller. The fixing stem 31 enters -in regular intervals- the recesses of the internal base profile 8 and the upper internal profile 12 and is fixed via the screw 32. Finally, the plastic gaskets (29, 30) are applied by snap action and in regular intervals on the covering profile 4 and the external base profile 5 so that the noise produced by the operation of the shield (ascending and descending motion) is attenuated. |
