<p>Provided is a spacer device that is configured by combining a conductive member to a spacer main body, which has an engaging section inserted into and engaged with an attaching hole formed in a first member, and an elastic contact section with respect to a second member disposed at a predetermined distance from the first member, said conductive member being integrally provided with a first portion, which is electrically connected to the first member, and a second portion, which is provided between the contact terminal of the elastic contact section and the second member, and which is electrically connected to the second member when the second member is thus disposed. The contact terminal of the elastic contact section is positioned on the side of a virtual straight line that passes the insertion center of the engaging section, and the elastic contact section and the second portion are elastically deformed when the second member is thus disposed, and the contact terminal is positioned substantially on the virtual straight line.</p> |
