The section (20) has two side walls between which grooves are formed, where each groove comprises two sides. One of the sides is formed by a fold of the section against one of the side walls. A square shaped top wall forms an abutment for an edge of a door (13). An opening is formed between the grooves. The top wall includes a flat part (23) and a projecting end piece (15) that forms a right angle with the flat part. The other side of the groove is in the form of a free end.
