The purpose of the present invention is to suppress quality deterioration in the case where two or more base stations transmit data having common contents. Base stations (20, 20a) notify a communication control device (10) of information on respective first frequency bands to be used by respective base stations in wireless communication. On the basis of the information on the first frequency bands, said information having been acquired from the base stations (20, 20a), the communication control device (10) selects second frequency bands to be used by the base stations (20, 20a) for the purpose of transmitting the data having the common contents, and notifies the base stations (20, 20a) of information on the selected second frequency bands. On the basis of the information on the second frequency bands, said information having been acquired from the communication control device (10), the base stations (20, 20a) control data transmission. |
