PURPOSE: A context recognition based service providing method and system thereof are provided to embody social identity graphs created by a learning estimation process by modeling user identity according to context. CONSTITUTION: A profile management unit(101) manages a user profile inputted by a user interface. A social network management unit(201) constitutes social networks by using the user profile. A learning management unit determines identity model types of each user. The learning management unit constitutes context recognition framework of each user. An estimation engine management unit(202) provides context recognition information to each user terminal of social network users.
