The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure (A) for a pile, comprising: a protruding member (100) protruding upwardly so as to be fitted into an opening of the lower end of a tubular pile body (10); and an extension shoe forming member (200) coupled to a lower portion of the protruding member (100) so as to form an extension shoe, the outer diameter of which is larger than the outer diameter of the pile, thus reducing the labor and time required for installing a front extension shoe, and preventing the risk of damage to the extension shoe during construction.
