PURPOSE: A method for preparing amino acid derivatives is provided to enhance reactivity of carboxylic group and to synthesize useful substances. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing amino acid derivatives with a trifluoroacetyl group-protected amine group and a carboxyl group comprises: a step of reacting N-hydroxy succimide of general formula III with trifluoroacetic acid(CF_3COOH) under the presence of triethyl amine and bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate of general formula II; and a step of inputting amino acid.
