PURPOSE: A climbing aid is provided to prevent safety accidents and to enable a user to easily climb an uphill road. CONSTITUTION: A climbing aid comprises shoulder mounting parts(10), a waist support part(20), a connector(30), and an elastic member(40). A pair of shoulder mounting parts is supported on the shoulder of a user. The top of the connector is combined with one side of the shoulder mounting part and the bottom thereof is extended downward from the shoulder mounting part. The waist support part is formed in the bottom of the connector and supports the waist of a user. The elastic member is placed between one side of the shoulder mounting part and connector and applies elastic force toward the user.
