<p>The objective is to provide a mixing circuit capable of suppressing the increase of consumption current while reducing a non-linear component. A mixing circuit is constituted by: an input unit (803) comprising a gate-grounded MOS transistor (M1) having a source to which an input signal is to be input, and a source-grounded MOS transistor (M2) having a gate to which an input signal is to be input; a frequency transformation unit (802) which generates a third current signal and a fourth current signal by performing frequency transformation of a first current signal output from the gate-grounded MOS transistor (M1) and a second current signal output from the source-grounded MOS transistor (M2); a loading MOS transistor (M7) wherein the third current signal is input and transformed to a first output voltage signal, and to which a gate and a drain are connected; and a loading MOS transistor (M8) wherein the fourth current signal is input and transformed to a second output voltage signal, and to which a gate and a drain are connected.</p> |
