PURPOSE: Construction waste crushing and small dust removing apparatus is provided to attach a rubber plate to the inside of a tube mill main body, thereby preventing noise generated during the movement of a steel ball, construction waste and a rubber ball. CONSTITUTION: Construction waste crushing and small dust removing apparatus comprises a tube mill main body(10), an inlet(20), a guide, a supporting bearing(40), a motor(50), a rotary motor, a plurality of steel ball, a rubber ball, and a screen. A tube mill main body has a rotary axis(11) in both sides, and a driving gear in outer circumference. A guide has a screw guiding input construction waste to inside the tube mill main body. The supporting bearing combined to the rotary axis at one side of the tube mill main body. The motor combined to the driving motor. The rotary motor rotates a main body by rotating the driving motor. The plurality of steel ball pulverizes construction waste in inside the tube mill main body. The rubber ball increases the momentum of the steel ball and the construction waste. The screen is installed inside the tube mill main body, and has a plurality of holes installed at opposite site of an inlet. The rubber plate is attached to whole inner circumference of the tube mill main body.
